For U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $40. Orders less than $40 are charged a flat rate $5 fee for shipping at checkout.  Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged a flat fee of $10, regardless of order size. Orders placed with standard shipping all receive tracking and will arrive in 3-7 business days. 

Unfortunately we are currently only able to deliver to the USA. We are working to change this ASAP and will make our products available for international orders as soon as we are able to offer the level of service we expect.

We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. Didn't receive it? Please contact us.

To change or cancel an order just contact us with details of what you want to do and the original order ID number.

All coupon codes are turned off during Sales, they will be reactivated after the Sale ends. 

All Codes are inactive during our sales, because everything is already at the highest discount. Codes and points will be active again once the sale is over! Not during a sale time? Pleasecontact usso we can sort it out.

Our promotional discount codes only work one at a time. We do not allow discount codes to be combined in one order. If you have multiple codes, please choose the code you want to use that provides you with the best discount.
